Purpose of use<\/h3>\n<p>The personal information you provide will be used for the following purposes only:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"number\">\n<li>(1) To analyze the usage status of the \u201cJapanese Teaching Materials \u3072\u308d\u3070\u201d site<\/li>\n<li>(2) To respond to inquiries from registered users<\/li>\n<li>(3) To request cooperation in questionnaire surveys for improving the \u201cJapanese Teaching Materials \u3072\u308d\u3070\u201d site<\/li>\n<li>(4) To introduce JITCO\u2019s activities related to Japanese teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Proper acquisition<\/h3>\n<p>The personal information we acquire from you shall be restricted to personal information that is acquired through proper means.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Entrustment of personal information<\/h3>\n<p>The personal information you provide may be entrusted to an outside party within the scope of use to which you have agreed. In such cases, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement with outside parties we deem appropriate as satisfying the level of personal information protection we demand and will exercise proper supervision of their operations.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Provision of personal information to third parties<\/h3>\n<p>The personal information you provide will not be provided to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When doing so complies with laws and regulations<\/li>\n<li>When it is difficult to obtain your consent but providing your personal information to a third party is necessary to protect human life, physical safety or properties<\/li>\n<li>When we are required to cooperate with an administrative body, etc. so that they may perform their functions prescribed by laws and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
